How long does delivery take?

Stock items ship within 48 hours after payment. Transit time is usually 5–7 days worldwide. Custom or non-stock items may take up to 5 days to ship.

Delivery status not updating — what should I do?

If your tracking hasn't updated, don't worry! We'll notify you of any known delays. You can also contact us for a status update, and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Can I pay using a method outside the website?

Website orders use DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) by default.

Do you offer after-sales service?

Yes! We offer after-sales support. If there's an issue with packaging or product quality, contact us and our team will assist you in resolving it. We also send product photos before shipping as part of our QC process.

What are import taxes and customs duties?

These are local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) imposed by your country's government. They are outside of our control and depend on your country's regulations.

How can I avoid surprise customs fees?
