Who is Responsible for Customs Clearance?

In certain cases, such as bulk orders or specific countries, we can provide an alternative option known as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) sales terms. To confirm the availability of DDP terms, it is necessary to consult with our sales team.
DDP terms mean that we, as the seller, would assume responsibility not only for export customs clearance but also for import customs clearance. To determine the precise terms and conditions for each sales transaction and comply with international trade regulations, it is advisable to consult our sales team
Which Incoterm do you use?
We are mainly selling with FOB and DAP terms. If you have your own forwarder in China, we can ship your goods to his premises for free.
From which Port/Airport do you ship ?
We primarily ship our goods from Shenzhen, which serves as our main shipping point. However, for certain specific items, we may arrange shipments from Hong Kong.
Which shipping companies do you work with?
We will choose the shipping method according to the type of item and the destination country. We mostly work with DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.
How long will it take for the goods to reach my address?
For stock items, the items will be shipped within 48 hours after the payment confirmation. For other items, it can take up to 5 days. For most of the countries, the transit time is around 5-8 days.
The delivery status has not been updated, what should I do ?
