The MCA11503 features a high bandwidth of 1.5MHz (3dB), ensuring excellent frequency response and fast output response time of 300ns (typical). Its low primary resistance of 0.9 mΩ minimizes power loss and enhances efficiency in current sensing applications.

Operating with a single 3.3V supply, the MCA11503 exhibits low power consumption of 4.5mA (typical), making it suitable for power-sensitive designs. The device offers a zero current reference pin (Vref) for convenient calibration and overcurrent fault detection for enhanced safety.

Packaged in a RoHS/REACH compliant SOIC-16 package, the MCA11503 is designed to withstand a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +105°C. It is UL/IEC/EN60950-1 certified, ensuring reliability and compliance with stringent safety standards.
