The AD9363BBCZ RF Agile Transceiver IC is a highly integrated, programmable RF solution designed for 3G/4G femtocell base stations, wireless video transmission, and MIMO systems. Operating across 325MHz–3.8GHz, this 144-LFBGA transceiver supports flexible channel bandwidths (200kHz–20MHz) and delivers industry-leading sensitivity (3dB noise figure) for superior signal integrity.
