About the Product

Avalon 1066 Control Board – Genuine Canaan Replacement Motherboard

This is a brand-new genuine Canaan control board for the Avalon A1056, A1066 and A1066 Pro (dual-fan models). It provides full hashboard management, network connectivity, firmware execution and pool configuration. Every unit is factory inspected and tested before shipment, weighs 100g and ships as a single-unit package. A direct drop-in replacement for a failed or damaged control board — no modifications needed.

When to Replace the Control Board

A failed control board causes the miner to stop booting, lose network access, or fail to detect hashboards. Common causes include corrupted firmware, damaged Ethernet circuitry, failed power regulators or physical connector damage. If reflashing firmware does not resolve the issue, the board needs replacement. Swapping the control board is faster and more cost-effective than component-level PCB repair.

Installation

Power off the miner. Disconnect all data ribbons from the hashboards, the PSU control cable and the Ethernet cable. Remove mounting screws and slide the old board out. Install the new control board, reconnect all cables and power on. Configure network settings and pool credentials through the Avalon web interface. All hashboards should be detected within minutes of boot.
