With a built-in 500V high voltage starting circuit, it ensures reliable power delivery. The IC also provides two-level overload protection, incorporating a delay time of Tdlyolp=70 ms (typical) and built-in OLP line compensation.

Safety is paramount with the FA8A01N as it includes secondary-side short circuit protection and overvoltage protection with a typical threshold of Vthovp=25.5V.
