The FAN7930C Power Factor Correction (PFC) Controller is an advanced solution specifically designed for boosting PFC applications operating in critical conduction mode (CRM). With its voltage-mode PWM technology, this controller eliminates the need for rectified AC line voltage information, reducing power loss from the input voltage sensing network. The FAN7930C offers energy-efficient power factor correction for improved performance.

It includes over-voltage protection, open-feedback protection, over-current protection (OCP), input-voltage-absent detection, and under-voltage lockout protection (UVLO).
