Jasminer X4 Control Board – Replacement PCBA Motherboard

The control board is the brain of your Jasminer X4: it manages pool connections, ASIC clock signals, temperature monitoring, and fan control. When the original board fails — whether from a corrupt NAND, a dead Ethernet PHY, or a voltage-regulator fault — the miner loses all communication with the hash boards and drops offline. This replacement PCBA motherboard is tested for direct compatibility with the Jasminer X4 1U chassis, restoring full operational control without reflashing or reconfiguring firmware.

Common Control Board Failure Symptoms

A failing Jasminer X4 control board typically presents as one of three patterns: the miner powers on but never appears on the network (Ethernet PHY or CPU failure), the dashboard loads but reports zero hash boards detected (data-bus fault), or the unit reboots in a loop (corrupted boot partition or failed RAM). If you have confirmed the PSU voltages are within spec and the hash boards test good on a known-good miner, the control board is the remaining fault point.

Installation and Verification

Power down the miner and disconnect all cables. Remove the mounting screws holding the original control board, unplug the hash board ribbon cables and fan headers, and slide the board out. Install the replacement in the same orientation, reconnect all cables, and secure the screws. On first boot, access the miner's web dashboard via its IP address to verify that all hash boards are detected and the miner begins hashing at its rated speed. Update the firmware to the latest Jasminer release if prompted.
