MSP10065V1 10A 650V SiC Schottky Diode for High-Efficiency Power Systems
The MSP10065V1 SiC Schottky diode (10A / 650V) is a high-performance silicon carbide rectifier designed for Whatsminer P21 power supplies, Antminer power supplies, and industrial PFC/converter applications. With its TO-220 package, high thermal stability, and extremely fast switching characteristics, it enables higher efficiency and reduced thermal losses compared to traditional silicon diodes.
High-Speed, High-Efficiency SiC Diode for Power Electronics
Featuring a 650V reverse voltage, 10A continuous current, and temperature-independent switching behavior, the MSP10065V1 allows efficient high-frequency operation with minimal switching losses. Its positive temperature coefficient on forward voltage (VF) makes it ideal for parallel operation without thermal runaway, reducing overall cooling requirements.
