The SRK2000DTR is a smart secondary-side synchronous rectifier controller specifically designed for LLC resonant converters using a center-tapped transformer secondary for full-wave rectification. It is a key replacement component used in the Avalon 1346 power supply, ensuring high efficiency and stable operation.

This controller integrates dual high-current gate drivers, each independently controlled, allowing it to drive one or more N-channel MOSFETs per channel. Built-in interlocking logic prevents both synchronous rectifier MOSFETs from turning on simultaneously, improving reliability and preventing cross-conduction.

High-Efficiency Secondary-Side Control for LLC Resonant Power Supplies

The SRK2000DTR is optimized for demanding power environments and includes current reverse protection, safe handling of startup and load transients, and an intelligent automatic sleep mode at light load conditions to reduce power consumption.
