Our high-efficiency 0.8V, 3.0A synchronous rectification step-down converter operates at a frequency of 600kHz, delivering a current of up to 3.0A without requiring a Schottky diode. With a voltage range of 3.5V to 18V, you can be assured of its stability and robust performance.

Our STI3474 control board provides two operating modes - PWM control and PFM mode switch control, giving you the flexibility to achieve high efficiency over a wider load range.
