The TM4C1230C3PMI7R is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F microcontroller from Texas Instruments' Tiva C series, delivering 80MHz processing power with single-precision FPU for demanding embedded applications. This MCU features 32KB Flash, 12KB SRAM, and 2KB EEPROM, complemented by rich peripherals including CANbus, 12-bit ADC, multiple timers, and 9 communication interfaces (UART/I2C/SPI etc.). Its 1.08V-3.63V wide voltage range and low-power modes make it ideal for industrial controls, IoT edge nodes, and automotive electronics.

Encased in a compact 64-LQFP (10×10mm) package, this microcontroller offers 49 programmable I/Os for flexible system integration. With -40°C to +85°C operational range and built-in brown-out reset/WDT, it ensures reliable performance in harsh environments. The integrated 12-bit ADC (12 channels) enables precise analog signal processing for sensor-based applications.
