The UCC27210DR MOSFET Gate Drivers are high-performance drivers designed to provide maximum performance and reduced switching losses when powering large electrical appliances. These drivers are an enhanced version of the UCC27200 and UCC27201 MOSFET drivers, offering several improvements to meet the demands of high-power applications.

Reliable MOSFET Drivers for Large Power MOSFETs

With increased peak output pull-up and pull-down currents of up to 4A and reduced pull-up and pull-down resistance of 0.9Ω, the UCC27210DR drives large power MOSFETs with minimal switching losses during transitions.

Improved Functionality and Enhanced Performance

These MOSFET gate drivers are robust and versatile, featuring a built-in 120V-rated bootstrap diode and an input structure capable of handling up to -10VDC. The inputs are independently controlled and matched to within 2ns between turn-on and turn-off, ensuring precise and synchronized switching.

The UCC27210DR and UCC27211 MOSFET drivers also incorporate undervoltage lockout for both the high-side and low-side drivers, providing symmetric turn-on and turn-off behavior. Additionally, they force the outputs low if the drive voltage falls below the specified threshold, adding an extra layer of protection.
