Its comprehensive protection mechanisms, including cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, phase fault detection, preliminary overvoltage protection, VCC/VDRV UVLO protection, and thermal shutdown, ensure reliable and safe operation.
Featuring an input voltage range of 4.5V to 22V, the uP9650AQR1 supports VCC and VDRV supply voltages between 4.5V and 5.5V. With a current handling capability of up to 60A, this powering chip delivers efficient power distribution to your CPU, GPU, and DDR memory arrays.
The uP9650AQR1 offers an optimized switching frequency of up to 1MHz, enabling high-frequency, low-profile DC-DC converters.
