Efficiently Control Power Supplies with TL494CDR PWM Control Circuit
The TL494CDR is a highly integrated device that combines all the essential functions required to build pulse width modulation (PWM) control circuits, commonly used in power supply applications. This single-chip solution incorporates two error amplifiers, an adjustable oscillator, a dead time control (DTC) comparator, a pulse steering control flip-flop, a 5V regulator with 5% tolerance, and output control circuitry.
