Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts but occasionally discrepancies may occur. If we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will ship available items and contact you to arrange a restock wait or a refund for the unavailable products.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. This cost is collected at purchase and is the final price for shipping.

International Transit Time: Generally 8-22 days, varying by courier and destination country. This timeframe is an estimate and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and customs processing times, which are beyond our control.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
4.1 Standard Shipping (DAP - Delivered at Place): By default, all international orders are shipped DAP.

Customer Responsibility: You, the customer, are the official "Importer of Record." Your purchase is subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country's government upon arrival. These are not fees we control or collect.

Payment: Your local customs office or carrier (e.g., DHL, UPS) will contact you directly to arrange payment. These fees must be paid for your package to be released.

Refusal of Delivery: Refusal to pay these required fees will result in the package being abandoned, returned, or destroyed. We cannot issue refunds for orders abandoned or refused due to unpaid customs fees. The cost of initial shipping is also non-refundable.
4.2 Hassle-Free Shipping (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) Option:
For a seamless experience where all fees are included upfront, we offer DDP shipping.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us to initiate an investigation.

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
6. Damaged Parcels

In-Transit Damage: If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, if possible, reject it from the courier and contact us immediately.

Damage Discovered After Delivery: Contact our customer service with details and photographic evidence for next steps. Parcels are insured for loss and damage per the courier's policy.
7. Returns & Warranty
7.1 Warranty Returns:
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 7 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful claim. Upon receipt, we will process the claim within 7 days. You may choose:
(a) A refund to your original payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) A replacement item (if stock is available)
8. Cancellations
We can accept order cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Insurance & Claims
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
