The L6599AD Power Supply Controller is the perfect solution for efficient power regulation in your electronic devices. This advanced controller is specifically designed for series-resonant half bridge topology, offering improved features over its predecessor, the L6599. With a complementary duty cycle of 50%, the high-side switch and low-side switch are driven ON/OFF 180° out-of-phase, resulting in optimal power regulation.

Efficient Power Regulation with Soft-Switching Technology

One of the standout features of the L6599AD is its ability to modulate the operating frequency for output voltage regulation. Combined with fixed deadtime, this controller enables soft-switching and high-frequency operation. The IC incorporates a high-voltage floating structure capable of withstanding more than 600V, thanks to the synchronous-driven high-voltage DMOS that replaces the need for an external fast-recovery bootstrap diode.
