SGM2036S-1.8XXDH4G/TR 1.8V LDO Regulator | 300mA Low-Noise Replacement for Avalon 1446 / 1466 Hashboard Repair
The SGM2036S-1.8XXDH4G/TR (silkscreen 3T) is a low-input-voltage, low-noise, low-dropout LDO regulator used on Avalon 1446 and 1466 hashboards. Delivers a stable 1.8V output at 300mA for the low-voltage rails that feed level-shifters, sensors, and bias circuitry around the main ASIC chip groups. When the LDO fails, the affected rail drops out and the downstream circuit goes silent.
Headline specs: 1.6V to 5.5V input range, 190mV typical dropout at 300mA, 30µA typical supply current, 0.05µA shutdown current, current-limit and thermal-shutdown protection. Built-in automatic output discharge when disabled ensures quick rail drain during shutdown sequences. Compatible with low-ESR ceramic output capacitors.
