The XL6009 DC/DC regulator can generate positive or negative output voltages with a wide input range. With built-in N-channel power MOSFET and fixed frequency oscillator, the current mode architecture is stable over a wide range of supply and output voltages.
Moreover, XL6009 has built-in frequency compensation, soft start function, thermal shutdown function, current limiting function, etc. It is a voltage regulator specially designed for portable electronic equipment applications. It is suitable for S17+, S17PRO, T17E hash board.
