The SGM2036S-1.8XXDH4G/TR (silkscreen: 3T) is a low-input-voltage, low-noise, low-dropout LDO regulator used on Avalon 1446 and 1466 hash boards. It provides a stable 1.8V output at 300mA, making it an ideal replacement component for restoring power regulation on Avalon 14-series boards.

Designed for Precision Power Delivery

This LDO supports an input voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and features a typical dropout voltage of only 190mV. Additional built-in protections include short-circuit current limit, thermal shutdown, and logic-controlled power-down mode. The automatic discharge function ensures quick output discharge when disabled.

The device offers low supply pin current and excellent load/line transient response, improving the reliability and stability of the hash board’s low-voltage power rail.
