TPS7A1108PDRVR 0.8V LDO Replacement for Avalon 14-Series Hash Boards

The TPS7A1108PDRVR (silkscreen: 1R7H) is an ultra-small, low-quiescent-current 0.8V LDO regulator used on Avalon 1466 and 1446 hash boards. It is the ideal replacement component for restoring stable power delivery on the core ASIC rail.

High-Performance 0.8V LDO for AvalonMiner Power Circuits

This regulator provides up to 500mA output current with excellent AC performance, including superior load and line transient response. Thanks to its ultra-low input voltage capability (as low as 0.75V), the TPS7A11 series ensures reliable operation even in tightly regulated or marginal voltage conditions.

The device uses a compact 2.0mm × 2.0mm WSON (DRV-6) package, making it suitable for the high-density layout of Avalon 14-series hashboards. Its low quiescent current and high PSRR contribute to increased efficiency and long-term stability of the miner’s power subsystem.
