DOWSIL™ TC-3080 is an 8W/m•K single-component silicone thermal gel designed for high-power ASIC miner hash boards. Officially used for Bitmain Antminer S21, T21, S21 Pro and S21 XP, it delivers excellent thermal conductivity, ultra-soft compression and long-term reliability in demanding mining environments.

With its superior fluidity and wettability, TC-3080 can be applied by dispensing or stencil printing, ensuring full and uniform contact between the ASIC chips and heatsink. The ultra-soft cured gel minimizes mechanical stress on chips while maintaining efficient heat transfer for stable hashrate and longer hardware life.

Recommended for Antminer S21 / T21 / S21 Pro / S21 XP, Whatsminer M60 / M50 / M30, Avalon A15 series (A1466, A1446), Iceriver KS5L / KS5M and other high-density ASIC hash boards.

For the best results and consistent thickness, use with the corresponding hash board thermal grease mold for your miner model.
