9003IB Integrated MOS Board – Antminer S19 / L7 / D7 Hashboard DC Control Repair
The 9003IB is an integrated MOSFET module built around the TPHR9003NL, combining the power MOSFET and its associated resistor network into a single solderable board. It replaces the failed discrete components in the DC control and protection circuit on Antminer S19, S19 Pro, S19j, S19j Pro, S19 Pro+, S19j Pro+, L7 and D7 hashboards. The integrated design reduces soldering complexity and improves repair reliability compared to replacing individual components.
Why Use an Integrated Module
The DC control circuit on S19/L7/D7 hashboards protects the ASIC chips, LDOs and DC rails during high-current operation. When the discrete MOSFET or its bias resistors fail, the traditional repair requires soldering multiple tiny components — increasing the risk of bridging or cold joints. The 9003IB integrates everything onto a single module with a surface coating for passive heat dissipation, simplifying the repair to a single solder operation.
Installation
Remove the hashboard and locate the failed DC control circuit. Desolder the damaged discrete components or the old module. Clean pads, position the 9003IB with correct alignment and solder. The module's surface coating provides passive thermal dissipation without requiring an external heatsink. Verify correct DC rail voltage and protection behaviour, reinstall and confirm normal operation.
