This China-made blue silicone thermal gel delivers a measured thermal conductivity of 8.0 W/mK, supplied in a 1kg pail for hashboard repair shops and mining farms. It is a factory-direct alternative to imported 8 W/mK silicone gels — same single-component silicone formulation, same colour and consistency, manufactured and packed in China to avoid the import markup. The gel sits at the high end of the silicone-based range and is well-matched to dense ASIC hashboards like Antminer S19 / S21 / S21 Pro / S21 XP / T21 and Whatsminer M30 / M50 / M60 series, where chip TDP and chip count put real demands on the thermal interface material.

Why an 8 W/mK Gel Instead of Cheaper 5-6 W/mK Pastes

Traditional 5-6 W/mK pastes work, but as ASIC chip TDPs climb past 25-30 W per chip, the thermal interface becomes a bottleneck. An 8 W/mK gel reduces the temperature delta between the chip die and the heatsink base, which on a typical S21 series hashboard translates to 3-6 °C lower chip junction temperatures at full hash. The silicone base also has very low pump-out under thermal cycling, so the joint stays full over the life of the miner instead of drying out or migrating off the chip top — the failure mode that ages cheap pastes after a few months in production.

Imported 8 W/mK silicone gels carry brand premium, customs duties and a longer logistics chain. This gel is manufactured in China to the same single-component silicone specification — same 8.0 W/mK conductivity, same -50 °C to +200 °C operating window, same 12-month shelf life — and shipped directly from our Shenzhen warehouse. Application

Clean each chip top and the matching heatsink contact area with isopropanol. Use a stencil sized for the target hashboard (Antminer S21, Whatsminer M50, etc.) to dispense an even bead onto each chip. Lower the heatsink straight down — do not slide — and clamp at the recommended torque. A 1kg pail is enough for roughly 40-60 hashboard rebuilds depending on chip count and stencil thickness. A 30cc syringe loaded from the pail, paired with a thermal gel gun, gives the cleanest dispense per chip on production benches.

Storage & Handling

Keep the pail sealed when not in use to preserve the 12-month shelf life. Store between 5 °C and 30 °C, away from direct sunlight. The single-component silicone does not require mixing — stir gently if any minor settling appears after long storage, then dispense directly into a syringe or stencil. The gel is non-conductive electrically and safe on standard hashboard substrates and heatsink coatings.
