How we ship

Three core shipping options, matched to your order size, destination and timing.

Standard

Express air freight

Our default option for most orders — DHL, FedEx and UPS air-freight services with worldwide coverage.

  • 7–10 business days typical transit time (varies by destination)
  • Real-time tracking from dispatch to delivery
  • Best for small & medium orders needing fast turnaround
Bulk

Sea freight

For larger orders to selected destinations — significantly more cost-effective than air on bulk shipments.

  • Transit typically several weeks depending on the lane
  • Best for large bulk orders & recurring B2B shipments
  • Available to most major ports worldwide — quote on request
No surprise fees

DDP delivery

Delivered Duty Paid — we handle customs, duties & VAT so your order arrives without extra charges at delivery.

  • Standard option for US, EU, Russia & Venezuela customers
  • Available on request for other lanes (size & routing dependent)
  • Quote includes the full landed cost — no surprises

Customs & duties — DDP vs DAP

Two delivery terms, two different cost structures. Choose what fits your operation.

DAP — Delivered At Place

Default for most international destinations. We handle export clearance from China; the buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties and VAT in the destination country.

The carrier typically handles import paperwork on your behalf and contacts you for any required documentation or fees before final delivery.

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

Standard option for US, EU, Russia and Venezuela customers; available on request for other lanes. We pay all customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees upfront.

Your quote shows the all-in landed cost — no carrier collecting fees at delivery, no surprise charges, no paperwork on your end.

Packaging, QC & tracking

What happens between your order confirmation and the parts arriving at your door.

QC-tested before dispatch

Every PSU and control board is load-tested. Other components are visually inspected and packed by our team.

Secure packaging

Antistatic bags for PCBs, foam-protected boxes for PSUs, reinforced cartons for bulk shipments to handle international transit.

Real-time tracking

Once dispatched, you receive an email with the tracking number and carrier link. Updates push automatically until delivery.

Shipping FAQ

How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the parts ordered, quantity, and stock availability — we communicate the expected dispatch window as part of your order confirmation. Once shipped, transit time is typically 7-10 business days worldwide via DHL, FedEx or UPS. DDP shipments may take 1-2 extra days for customs clearance. Sea freight transit times are several weeks depending on the lane.
Which countries are eligible for DDP shipping?
DDP is offered as a standard option for US, EU, Russia and Venezuela customers, and is also available on request for other countries depending on order size, destination and shipping lane. Contact us at contact@lys-sz.com before placing your order so we can confirm DDP feasibility and quote the all-in landed cost.
When should I use sea freight instead of air?
Sea freight becomes more economical above a certain volume threshold or order value — typically larger bulk orders or recurring B2B shipments. Transit times are longer (several weeks) but the cost-per-unit savings on a full pallet or container can be very significant. Share your destination, approximate weight/volume and timing in your quote request, and we'll come back with both air and sea freight options when relevant.
What if my delivery status isn't updating?
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, contact us at contact@lys-sz.com with your order number. We'll follow up directly with the carrier. International parcels sometimes show no updates while in transit between hubs — this is usually normal but we'll confirm.
