Antminer S19K Pro Copper Sheet – High-Conductivity Hashboard to PSU Power Connection

This high-conductivity copper sheet is a precision-cut power connection component for the Antminer S19K Pro, bridging the hashboard power bus to the APW121215f PSU. It carries the full output current from the power supply to the hashboard, and the quality of this connection directly affects voltage stability at the ASIC chips. A degraded or corroded sheet increases resistance, causing voltage drop under load, reduced hash rate and potential board damage.

Why Copper Sheets Degrade in Mining

The copper sheet carries high DC current continuously, generating resistive heating at the contact surfaces. Heat, humidity and fan vibration cause oxidation and loosening of the mechanical fit over time. As contact resistance increases, more heat is generated — a self-reinforcing loop. Even a few milliohms of added resistance translates to hundreds of millivolts of drop when the board draws 100+ amps, enough to destabilise on-board regulators and cause hash rate loss or detection failures.

Installation Guide

Power off the miner and disconnect the PSU. Remove the existing copper sheet from the hashboard-to-PSU connection point. Clean any oxidation on both the hashboard bus bar and PSU output terminal with fine-grit sandpaper or contact cleaner. Position the new sheet with mounting holes aligned, secure with original hardware and torque screws evenly to distribute clamping force. After installation, power on and monitor hashboard input voltage in the dashboard — stable readings under full load confirm a good connection.
