When to Replace the APW9
Common S17 / T17 / S17 Pro PSU failure symptoms: PSU clicks into protection immediately on mains, no 14.5–21 V output at hashboard connector, burned MOSFETs on the primary side, blown input fuse, or "hashboard fault" on all three chains caused by missing rail. Before swapping, check for a shorted hashboard pulling the PSU into protection. If the load side is clean, the PSU is the root cause and a brand-new APW9 restores the miner to full hashrate.
Installation Notes
Always run the APW9 on a 200–240 V AC mains supply — 110 V operation is not supported. Confirm airflow at the PSU inlet (forced-air cooling requires clear intake) and use the correct output harness for the S17 / T17 / S17 Pro hashboard connectors. Keep the ambient below 40 °C for maximum lifespan.
