The FAN7382M1 is a high-side and low-side gate driver IC used in the Avalon 1346 miner power supply PSU3400-01 for driving IGBT or N-channel MOSFET half-bridge stages. It is designed for high-voltage, high-reliability power conversion in continuous mining operation.
