ICE2QR4765 Quasi-Resonant PWM Controller for Bitmain APW8/APW9/APW12 Power Supply

The ICE2QR4765 is an integrated AC/DC quasi-resonant PWM controller with an embedded 650V CoolMOS® power switch, commonly used in the Bitmain APW8, APW9 and APW12 power supply units. It is designed for compact, efficient off-line SMPS applications and is ideal as a replacement controller chip during PSU repair and refurbishment.

Based on the QR CoolSET™ platform, the ICE2QR4765 combines a power transistor, startup cell and current-mode flyback controller in a single DIP-8 package, simplifying layout and reducing component count in high-density power supplies.
