The AT25080B-XHL-T 58BL is a high-reliability serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) designed for industrial and commercial embedded applications. With an organization of 8,192 bits (8 Kbit) split into 1,024 words of 8 bits each, the AT25080B provides ample storage for critical configuration data, calibration constants, serial numbers, and other non-volatile parameters that must survive power cycles.

Optimised for low power consumption and low-voltage operation — well-suited to battery-backed and power-sensitive embedded designs.
