Iceriver 4-Pin Fan Speed Simulator | PWM Spoofer for KS3 / KS3M / KS3L / KS5L Water-Cooling Conversion
The Iceriver 4-pin fan speed simulator replaces the original high-speed cooling fans on Iceriver KS3, KS3M, KS3L and KS5L ASIC miners during water-cooling or silencer installations. Without this spoofer, the miner firmware detects missing fans and shuts down or throttles. The simulator emulates the fan tach signal so the miner runs at full hashrate while the new cooling solution handles thermal management.
Built-in PWM automatic speed control across a 3000-8400 RPM emulated range — matches the dynamic behaviour the firmware expects from the original fans, not just a static dummy signal. Plug-and-play 4-pin linear connector seats directly into the Iceriver fan header — no soldering or firmware modification required.
