14V DC-DC Boost Module for Antminer L3+ & S9 Hashboard – RT8537 Green Version

This 14V DC-DC boost module is a plug-and-play voltage regulator for Antminer L3+ and S9 hashboard repair. Built around the RT8537 controller (green PCB version), it accepts a 2V–24V input and delivers an adjustable 5V–28V output at up to 2A with over 93 % efficiency. The module installs directly without wire jumping or soldering modifications, restoring power to the hashboard's voltage rail in minutes.

When the Hashboard Voltage Rail Fails

The L3+ and S9 hashboards use on-board buck/boost converters to generate the regulated voltages that feed each ASIC chip group. When one of these converters fails, the entire voltage domain it supplies goes offline — the affected chips stop hashing and the board reports partial or zero hash rate. Replacing the failed on-board converter with a discrete boost module bypasses the faulty circuit and restores the correct voltage without reflowing the original components.

Installation

Power off the miner and remove the hashboard. Identify the failed voltage domain by checking which chips are offline in the miner log. Solder the module's input pads to the board's supply rail and the output pads to the regulated rail downstream of the failed converter. Adjust the trimmer potentiometer to set the output to 14V using a multimeter. Reinstall the hashboard and verify that the previously missing chips now appear in the hash chain with normal operating voltage.
