ME6214C18M5G P4RE 1.8V LDO Regulator for Innosilicon T1 Hashboard
The ME6214C18M5G (silk-marked P4RE) is a 1.8 V low-dropout linear regulator used on the Innosilicon T1 hashboard for ASIC chip core power supply. Built-in enable control, current limiting and foldback short-circuit protection deliver safe, reliable operation under continuous mining load.
An enable-control function also automatically discharges the output capacitor on shutdown — useful for clean power-cycle behaviour. Output current is 300 mA with a 600 mV dropout at 200 mA, and the chip supports up to 18 V input — covering typical hashboard housekeeping rails.
