NT5CC128M16IP-DI DDR3 Memory Chip for Antminer S9 Control Board

The NT5CC128M16IP-DI is a DDR3 memory chip designed for use on the Antminer S9 control board. The chip's 8n prefetch architecture + differential clock and data strobe enable high-speed double-data-rate transfers up to 1866 Mb/s/pin — restoring full control-board performance after a RAM failure.

Control and address inputs are synchronised to an externally supplied differential clock pair; all I/Os are source-synchronous with single-ended DQS or differential DQS pairs. The chip is JEDEC DDR3 compliant and supports SSTL_15 (1.5 V VDD/VDDQ) — covering the standard mining control-board layout.
