RT8537GQW QFN6 LED Driver – Antminer S9 / T9 / L3+ Hashboard
The RT8537GQW (also marked 0JG / 0JQ / 0JW / 0J9 / OJ8) is a QFN6 LED driver IC used on Antminer S9, T9 and L3+ hashboards. The chip features a 40 V integrated MOSFET, enabling up to 10 LEDs in series for the hashboard's status indicators and chain-health LEDs.
Wide 2.9 V – 18 V input range covers the standard hashboard housekeeping rail set. Two dimming modes: PWM dimming (programmable 5 kHz – 50 kHz) or 1-wire digital dimming with 32-step brightness control — flexible for the OEM hashboard's diagnostic LED strategy.
