SI2301 P-Channel MOSFET 20V 2.8A – Whatsminer CB4 V10 Control Board Repair
The SI2301 (marking A1SHB) is a P-channel MOSFET rated at 20V / 2.8A with high-density cell design and exceptional Rds(on), used on the Whatsminer CB4 V10 control board for power switching and load management. Operating range -55°C to +150°C. New original component.
Role on the CB4 V10 Control Board
P-channel MOSFETs like the SI2301 serve as high-side switches on the control board — enabling or disabling power to peripheral circuits and providing reverse-polarity protection. A failed SI2301 can prevent a section of the control board from powering up, causing the miner to malfunction or refuse to start.
Replacement Procedure
Locate the failed SI2301 — a small SOT-23 package marked A1SHB. Desolder with hot air at 280–310°C, clean pads, place the new device observing pin orientation and reflow. Verify normal board startup and function.
