This IC is designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half bridge configuration, making it ideal for power supply applications. With its high voltage process, the TF21814-TUH can switch the high side to 600V using a bootstrap operation.

The TF21814-TUH is equipped with logic inputs compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels, allowing easy interfacing with controlling devices. Its high pulse current buffers minimize driver cross conduction, ensuring optimal performance. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, it is suitable for demanding environments. The TF21814-TUH is available in SOP-14 package, providing versatility for system designs.
