HJS-480-0-24 480W 0–24V Adjustable Switching Power Supply – Crypto Miner Bench Testing

The HJS-480-0-24 is a 480W bench power supply with a 0–24V adjustable output and up to 20A continuous current. It is the standard tool on every ASIC repair bench: hashboards, control boards, fan drivers and isolated PSU rails can all be tested at the exact voltage they expect, with current limiting to protect the device under test. Input is universal 110-240VAC, output is regulated and stable enough to power a single hashboard for hash-rate verification.

Why a Variable Bench PSU Matters

Most ASIC hashboards run on a 12-21V rail depending on the model (Antminer S19 series, Whatsminer M30/M50, Avalon and Iceriver all sit in different windows). Plugging an unknown board into a fixed-voltage supply risks overvoltage damage. With the HJS-480 you set the voltage to the exact spec, ramp current limit slowly, and read inrush behaviour to spot a shorted phase before it kills more parts.

Operation

Connect AC input via the IEC inlet. Use the front-panel voltage and current potentiometers to set the target output (read on the dual digital meter). Connect the device under test to the output terminals — observe the current readout for normal idle, then for full load. The supply will automatically transition to constant-current mode if the load exceeds the set limit, protecting both the PSU and the device. Keep the unit in a ventilated area; the internal fan ramps with load.
