Antminer S19J / S19J Pro BeagleBone Black Control Board
This BeagleBone Black (BB) control board is a new replacement for the Antminer S19J and S19J Pro. It is the upper control board that handles hashboard communication, pool connectivity, firmware execution and the miner's web management interface. IO board not included — this is the BB processor board only. Default version ships as S19J; custom versions available on request.
When to Replace the BeagleBone Board
A failed BB control board causes the miner to stop booting, lose network connectivity, or fail to detect hashboards. Common causes include corrupted firmware flash, failed Ethernet PHY, damaged voltage regulator, or physical connector damage. If reflashing firmware does not resolve the issue, the BB board itself needs replacement. Swapping it is faster and more cost-effective than component-level repair on the processor board.
Installation
Power off the miner and disconnect all cables from the existing control board — data ribbons from each hashboard, PSU control cable and Ethernet. Remove the BB board from the IO board assembly. Install the replacement BB board onto the IO board, reconnect all cables and power on. Configure network settings and pool credentials through the web interface. All hashboards should be detected within minutes.
