The Antminer S19 Pro 100T Water Cooling Plate Kit converts an air-cooled S19 Pro 100 TH/s miner to a forced-liquid cooling loop. A pump-driven circulation pulls heat directly off the hashboards through aluminum cold plates, holding the miner at its rated hashrate even at high ambient. The result: quick cooling, reduced overall power draw (no fan power, fewer thermal-throttling events), lower noise, and a cleaner thermal profile for home and small-farm setups.

Why Water-Cool an S19 Pro 100T

Air-cooled S19 Pros run loud and become temperature-sensitive above ~30 °C inlet. Once ambient climbs, the chassis fans spin up to noise levels that are untenable indoors and the firmware starts to throttle hashrate. A water cooling plate moves heat out of the chassis into a small external loop, returning the miner to rated ~100 TH/s, cutting acoustic output significantly, reducing dust ingress and extending hashboard lifetime in continuous duty.

Installation Notes

Power the S19 Pro fully off and disconnect mains before opening the chassis. Remove the original heatsinks, fit each of the 6 hashboard positions with a water cooling plate, route the silicone pipes through the two shunt manifolds and into the main pipe, secure with clamps, and pressure-test the loop before re-energising. Pair with a 4-pin fan-speed simulator so the controller doesn't trip a fan-fault once the air fans are removed.
