AT24C02C-XHM-T EEPROM Chip | 2-Kbit I²C Serial Memory Replacement for Iceriver KS5L Hashboard Repair
The AT24C02C-XHM-T is a 2-Kbit serial EEPROM chip used on the Iceriver KS5L hashboard for board-level identification, calibration data, and firmware configuration storage. When this chip fails, the hashboard loses its configuration data and either reports as missing in the miner dashboard or runs with default parameters that throttle hashrate. Direct drop-in replacement restores the board to spec.
Built in a compact 8-lead TSSOPA package with a wide 1.7V to 5.5V supply range, the AT24C02C-XHM-T provides 2048 bits of memory organised as 128 × 8 (1K) or 256 × 8 (2K) configurations.
