BA6287F Bipolar Motor Driver – Brushed DC, On/Off Interface, SOP-8
The BA6287F-E2 is a fully integrated bipolar motor driver IC for brushed DC motors, packaged in SOP-8 SMD. The chip provides a half-bridge output (2 outputs) with an On/Off interface — sized for the small motor control found in media players, portable devices and similar low-current motor applications.
Reliable across temperature: operating Tj from -20 °C to +150 °C covers both consumer and light-industrial deployments. Tape-and-reel packaging is repair-bench friendly for production rework lines.
