Application Guide

Remove old paste from chip surfaces and heatsink contact areas using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Without a stencil, spread a thin layer (~0.1–0.2 mm) across each chip die with a spatula. Reinstall the heatsink and tighten screws in a cross pattern for uniform clamping. Properly repasted boards typically show a 5–15 °C drop in peak temperatures. The G18 maintains 70–80 % moisture content after 2–3 years at 90 °C, far outlasting standard silicone greases.
