The GP47S60X (also marked IRGP47S60X) is a high-voltage, high-current power transistor in a TO-247 through-hole package, widely used in ASIC miner power supplies, high-power converters and PWM motor control systems. It offers accelerated switching speeds, high avalanche-energy handling and a fast-recovery source-to-drain diode — making it ideal for bridge-topology PSUs where diode commutation speed and safe operating area are critical.
