The MP1471GJ-Z (silk-marked AGMH) is a positive-output adjustable DC-DC buck switching regulator from Monolithic Power Systems in a SOT-23-6 package. Wide 4.7 V – 16 V input range with 0.8 V – 14.4 V adjustable output covers the standard housekeeping and intermediate rails on ASIC mining hashboards and control boards.
High-efficiency operation under continuous mining load with 3 A output current handles the typical buck stage on a control board with margin for transient peaks. External resistor divider on the FB pin programs the output voltage anywhere in the adjustable range.
