The NVMFS5C404N (marking 5C404N) is an N-channel power MOSFET rated at 40V / 378A (900A pulse) in a compact 5×6mm DFN package. It delivers 200W power dissipation, 907mJ single-pulse avalanche energy and ultra-low Rds(on) for minimal conduction losses. AEC-Q101 automotive qualified, lead-free, RoHS compliant. Used on the secondary side of the Bitmain APW7 power supply for high-current synchronous rectification.
