RTC6705 5.8 GHz FM Transmitter IC – QFN-40 Wireless TX
The RTC6705 is a 5.8 GHz FM transmitter IC from Richwave, built on a low-power CMOS process for FPV drones, wireless audio transmitters, RFID, sensor networks and short-range communication. The 5.8 GHz ISM band sits clear of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference, delivering clean wireless audio / video links in dense RF environments.
An I²C control interface simplifies host integration; 1.8 V – 5.5 V supply range covers both battery and bus-powered designs; -40 °C to +85 °C operating range handles extreme deployments. The compact QFN-40 package enables tight surface-mount integration on space-constrained PCBs.
