The dedicated Silver Industrial silencer blower for the industrial Canaan Avalon mining family — covering the entire SHA-256 Bitcoin lineup from the A1166 Pro legacy up to the current-gen A1366, A1466, A14, A15 and A16 series, including the popular A1246, A1266 and A1126 Pro. One acoustic platform for the whole industrial Avalon fleet.

Choose between a 200W motor at 1750 CFM (standard home / small-fleet noise reduction) or a 300W motor at 2000 CFM (warmer ambient, longer exhaust runs, denser deployments) before ordering.

Why one silencer for the whole industrial Avalon family

The industrial Canaan Avalon miners — from the A1166 Pro legacy through the modern A14/A15/A16 lineup — share the same cooling architecture: four 120mm cooling fans on the control board. Despite incremental refresh of the hashboard and chip generation across model years, the chassis cooling layout has remained stable, letting one Silver Industrial silencer cover the entire lineup with a single mounted adapter.

Pure copper continuous-duty AC motor

The Silver Industrial uses a pure copper-core AC induction motor housed in a rugged metal enclosure, rated for continuous 24/7 operation. The 200W variant delivers 1750 CFM (sufficient for most residential garage or small-shed Bitcoin mining setups); the 300W variant delivers 2000 CFM (recommended for warm climates, long exhaust ducting or high-density rack stacks). The blower curve is matched to typical Avalon hashboard back-pressure (3-channel hashboard layout) so cooling headroom remains intact while tonal fan noise drops by 15-25 dB at 1 m.

Avalon fan simulators included — no firmware alarms

The kit ships with 4 × Avalon-compatible fan simulators. Plug into the stock fan headers on the Canaan control board so the firmware reads four valid signals and does not throw "fan error" or "low RPM" warnings (which on Avalon firmware revisions can throttle the miner below rated hashrate). No bypass cable splicing or firmware modification required.

Acoustic performance — residential garage compatible

Stock Avalon noise: typically 75-80 dB at 1 m. With the Silver Industrial installed and proper exhaust ducting: 50-60 dB at 1 m — well within residential garage compatible envelope. The acoustic-lined plenum attenuates high-frequency fan tonal noise; the metal housing damps motor hum and structural vibration. Performance varies with ambient temperature, duct length, room volume and hashboard load.
