Universal ASIC Miner Fan Tester | Professional Diagnostic Tool for Multi-Brand Mining Hardware
The Universal ASIC Miner Fan Tester is a bench-top diagnostic tool for verifying mining hardware cooling fans across the full multi-brand ecosystem — Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, Innosilicon, IceRiver, iPollo, Bluestar, ElphaPex. The tester powers any standard 12V miner fan through one of four connector types and reports real-time RPM and output power on an extra-large LED display.
Headline specs: DC 12V input, 12A maximum output current, 4 connector interfaces (4-pin flat, 6-pin flat, 4-pin large square, 4-pin small square). Built around a high-frequency double-layer isolation PCB with over-current protection, short-circuit prevention, and high-temperature resistance for sustained bench use.
When the Fan Tester Earns Its Place on the Bench
Pre-installation fan verification — confirm a replacement fan spins to spec before reassembling the miner.
RMA / refurbishing workflow — bench-test fans pulled from used hardware before resale.
Field troubleshooting — separate fan failure from controller failure in the field.
Repair shops servicing multiple miner brands — one tool covers all major fan-connector types.

Q: How do I read the test result? A: Plug the fan into the matching connector, set the power level via the front panel control, press start. The LED display shows real-time RPM and current draw. Compare RPM against the fan's rated spec — if RPM is significantly below spec at full power, the fan is degraded.
Q: 12A max — is that enough for the biggest mining fans? A: Yes. Largest mining hardware fans (140mm 7000RPM Antminer S21 Pro fans) draw 5-7A under full load. 12A gives substantial headroom even for stacked / parallel fan tests.
Q: Does it test PWM control as well as raw power? A: The tester drives the power pins to spin the fan and reads tach feedback. It doesn't fully simulate a controller's PWM signal, but for most "is the fan dead or alive" diagnostic work it's sufficient.
Q: Bulk pricing for repair shops? A: Yes — email contact@lys-sz.com for volume pricing.
