XL6009E1 400 kHz DC-DC Converter for Innosilicon T2TZ Hashboard
The XL6009E1 is a 400 kHz, 60 V / 4 A DC-DC converter used on the Innosilicon T2TZ hashboard for on-board voltage conversion. Wide 5 V – 32 V input range with positive or negative output enables boost, flyback, SEPIC or inverting configurations — flexible enough to support multiple rail topologies on a single board.
A built-in N-channel power MOSFET + fixed-frequency oscillator deliver stable operation across the input range with excellent line and load regulation.
