ADL5562ACPZ-R7 Differential Amplifier IC – 3.3 GHz Low-Noise RF/IF ADC Driver

The ADL5562ACPZ-R7 is a premium-grade differential amplifier engineered for ultra-low-distortion signal amplification in RF/IF receive chains and high-speed ADC front-ends. With 3.3 GHz bandwidth and pin-selectable gain settings of 6, 12, or 15.5 dB, it delivers the linearity and noise performance required by satellite communications, radar, medical imaging, and precision test equipment.

Ultra-Low Noise & Best-In-Class Linearity

At 12 dB gain the ADL5562 achieves an input noise density of just 2.1 nV/√Hz and IMD3 of −91 dBc at 250 MHz. Built on a SiGe process, the amplifier maintains this linearity across the full industrial temperature range (−40 °C to +85 °C), making it suitable for harsh-environment deployments in radar, microwave backhaul, and CT scanner analogue front-ends.

Pin-Configurable Gain for Flexible System Design

Three gain options (6 dB, 12 dB, 15.5 dB) are selected via pin strapping — no external gain-setting resistors needed. Single-supply operation from 2.8–3.6 V simplifies power rail design, and the compact 16-lead LFCSP (3 × 3 mm) package fits high-density PCB layouts where board real estate is at a premium.
